West Midlands Safari Park
On Tuesday 24th March KS1 took a trip to West Midlands Safari Park.
We started the day following the safari route on the coach.
We had to keep the doors and windows closed as some of the animals were inquisitive and dangerous.
After an exciting tour, it was lunch time.
The next part we covered on foot and we encountered penguins, reptiles and bats.
Callum the Sealion was very well behaved and entertained us with his tricks.
Whilst on our adventure trail to the African Village we spotted some (not so) tiny bottoms belonging to a group of hippos.
The ring tailed lemurs and meerkats were enjoying the sun as we wandered through them and the goats were disappointed as we didn't have any food.
Overall a great day was had by all with many animals being spotted whilst on safari.
